Use of service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for their intended purpose on devices you own or control.
Please don't reverse-engineer or decompile the apps (except where the law allows), resell or sublicense them, use them for anything unlawful, or interfere with how they run.
Intellectual property
The branding, logos, designs, and software behind our apps and site belong to SempaQ. The results you produce with our calculators and tools are yours to use freely — the tools themselves stay ours.
Third-party services
Our apps rely on a few third parties — Google AdMob (ads), ExchangeRate-API (currency rates), and the Google Play Store (distribution and purchases). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms. See our privacy policy for how data is handled.
Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Calculations and conversions are for general information only — please don't rely on them for professional, financial, medical, or legal decisions. We can't guarantee the apps will always be accurate or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SempaQ isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the services, including reliance on any result a tool produces.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
